5. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

We ship within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Pottery Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds
